the staff were very helpful, especially with directions. location was superb, near the tower. i found the beds comfortable after long days.

the location was acceptable, near the tower.
the room was so small. two people could not get ready at the same time. the bathroom had mould on the tiles. it was like a one-star place not a three-star place.

Convenient stay near the Tower
perfect location friendly staff working air conditioning relaxing terrace
The location is excellent near Piazza dei Miracoli. I found the staff friendly and helpful . My room had air conditioning which was a plus. A nice terrace provided a relaxing space with a view.
The absence of a lift made carrying luggage upstairs slightly inconvenient.

The staff was helpful! They even provided a charger. The location is close to the landmark. It's a two-minute walk. The room was spacious. I found it clean.
My room had no windows. There were only two skylights! One skylight had a permanent blind. The other skylight had no blind. Beds were low and small. They were not comfortable.
