the room was so small. two people could not get ready at the same time. the bathroom had mould on the tiles. it seemed like a one-star place not a three-star place.

The location is excellent near Piazza dei Miracoli. I found the staff friendly and helpful . My room had air conditioning which was a plus. A nice terrace provided a relaxing space with a view.

The staff was helpful! They even provided a charger. The location is close to the landmark. It's a two-minute walk. The room was spacious. I found it clean.
My room had no windows. There were only two skylights! One skylight had a permanent blind. The other skylight had no blind. Beds were low and small. They were not comfortable.
